Make a new connection profile in your mobile phone as follows :

• Create new Gprs settings in your mobile phone 
• Put proxy as - 80.239.242.253 
• Put Proxy as - 80 
• Put Apn (access point) as airtelgprs.com 
• Set Homepage as -203.115.112.5

Airtel Free 3G Gprs Trick Hack With Opera Handler

• You can download opera mini handler from any where (like Google) 
• Install/open opera handler in your mobile phone 
• After installation go to front query section of opera handler 
• Put below code in opera mini front query section
